Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Sourced Pre-loved (the "shop", "we", "us"), an online shop based in London, United Kingdom, selling pre-loved designer sunglasses and shoes. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The items

All items are pre-owned and sold in the condition shown and described on each product page. We photograph every item ourselves. Some product pages also show images marked with an asterisk (*): these are AI visualisations that show style and fit only; the item you receive is the one in our real photos. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

2. Authenticity

We only sell items we believe to be authentic. If you have any concern about authenticity, contact us and we will help; if an item is shown not to be authentic, you will receive a full refund including all shipping costs.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes we are required to charge. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, by card, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Shopify. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Offers

You can send us a price offer for an item. An offer does not reserve the item: until an order is paid, the item remains available to other buyers and goes to the first person who completes the purchase. If we accept your offer, we will email you how to buy at the agreed price.

5. Bundles and sale prices

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout according to the rules shown on the bundle page. Sale prices are valid until the date shown or until the item sells, whichever comes first.

6. Your order

Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Each item is unique; if an item becomes unavailable after you order (for example because it sold at the same moment elsewhere), we will cancel that item and refund you in full.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Your right to cancel, returns and refunds are described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Privacy

We use your personal information only to process your order and as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
