All orders ship from London, United Kingdom, with Royal Mail. Every piece is checked and carefully packed before it leaves us.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and can vary, especially at busy times or when a parcel is held by customs.

Customs, duties and taxes (orders outside the UK)

Every international parcel is sent with a full customs declaration showing the item and the price you paid. Import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) and handling fees charged by your country are not included in our prices and are paid by you on delivery or before release. Please check your country's rules before ordering. If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel may be returned to us; in that case we refund the item price minus the original and return shipping costs.

Lost or damaged parcels

All services are tracked. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact form and we will open a claim with Royal Mail and help you straight away.
